What To Do In An Emergency
During Business Hours
While general maintenance is required to be reported in writing in an emergency ALWAYS CALL FIRST and back up the call with something in writing. All emergencies are treated with priority. If you are not able to reach your property manager please call our Director Samantha Rowland on 0419 768 335.
In the event of an emergency outside of business hours refer to page 2 of your General Tenancy Agreement for the listed emergency contact personnel, contact the relevant person and then follow up with an email to your property or our office to advise of the situation and actions taken. The property manager will contact you at the first opportunity to follow-up and ensure the matter is resolve to a satisfactory standard under the terms of the General Tenancy Agreement.
